3. API Keys and Third-Party Services

Our Service requires you to provide your own API keys for accessing third-party AI services. By providing these API keys, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have obtained these API keys legally and in accordance with the terms of the respective service providers.
• You are responsible for any costs or charges incurred from the use of these third-party services through our platform.
• We act solely as an intermediary and are not responsible for the functionality, availability, or quality of any third-party service.
• You agree to comply with the terms of service of all third-party providers whose services you access through our platform.

While we take reasonable measures to secure your API keys, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

At the end of each period, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.

You may cancel your subscription either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, and valid payment method information.

5. Free Trial

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time.

You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the free trial.

If you do enter your billing information when signing up for a free trial, you will not be charged by us until the free trial has expired. On the last day of the free trial period, unless you cancelled your subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee for the type of subscription you have selected.

At any time and without notice, we reserve the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the free trial offer, or (ii) cancel such free trial offer.
